The Homestead is a beautiful 400 year old house on the end of the leafy Buttlands in Wells-Next-the-Sea. The house has a kitchen, dinning room, lounge, 2 bathrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin and a triple room. The triple room is in the loft of the house and is perfect for children as it has a dvd and video player in it along with the space for them to entertain themselves.

The House sleeps 4 adults in 2 double beds, 5 children in singles and there is a double fold out bed in the lounge.

The south facing garden is long and wide with an area for BBQ'ing and lots of room for the kids to play in along with being completely fenced in.

Location is everything and with the Homestead you are perfectly placed at the quite end of a Georgian square yet only 200m (220 yd) from the main street.

The famous Crown Hotel is only 20m (22 yd) away and the sea wall 500m (547 yd).

This is the perfect place to spend the hazy summer days, or a great place to discover the joys of the Norfolk coast out of season.
