Join Chris Coubrough for a day of fine food and excellent wine. The day will begin at 11.30am with Coffee & Shortbread in The Crown Bar, followed by an hour in the Demonstrator’s Kitchen covering 3 dishes. From there we will move back to the Hotel for the demonstrated dishes to be served in the Restaurant with wine and a chat with Chris. The afternoon will finish at 3.30pm with coffee.
Only £39.50 per head which includes all of the above May we suggest walking or a taxi home!
Copies of all the Recipes used will be available from Reception Limited Places available so please do not forget to reserve your ticket at Reception. In the unlikely event of a problem a change of date may have to be made due to filming commitments etc
